Dr Krishna performed simple surgery on me last April, he did not listen why i came and what was my issues. He did what he did and told me that i need to come back to re do it and that i should specify on day of surgery that i want that part of haemorrhoid removed. I am looking for new surgent as he made my condition worse. My rating for job done on me is below 0. Save yourself a time

Brilliant Doctor and staff. Highly recommend. I am officially 1 week post gastric bypass op. The follow up has been great too. Not only did he visit me the day after surgery in hospital, he also phone me a day after. I have a face to face with him today. I’m so glad I went with him.

Had my gastric sleeve done by Dr Krishna! Can hands down say it was the best thing I ever did, he made the process so easy and explained every step of the way. No issues or complications with the surgery, and post surgery has been so helpful with the follow up appointments. Could not recommend him more! Mary and the staff have been amazing to deal with 😊

In 2022, I met with Dr Govind Krishna to discuss getting a gastric sleeve. Dr Krishna and his team at Fairfield were absolutely amazing and made the process so easy. The team assisted me with documents to ensure I was able to finance my operation with ease. I found the information I received and support from the dietitian , counsellors and other health physicians very supportive and felt I was more than just a number. I would highly recommend Dr Krishna for anybody considering bariatric surgery! Dr Krishna and his team have changed my life!

Booked an appointment with his staff and had to wait 2 months which was fine with me however they rescheduled my appointment and I called to follow up as I had not received any confirmation a week before the appointment only for them to say I had to reschedule my appointment and wait another 2 months. Tried to plead with them that I've waited long enough and no call or message was sent and when I asked for proof of phone call made she told me there was a note with a date and no time. I asked if there was a phone record and she put me on hold and then hung up on me. Really unprofessional staff.

It increased my level of stress and anxiety, and now I suffer from psychological problems that led to stomach pain and hair loss. dr govind krishna was rude in the way he spoke to me. I am 1 year post Gastric Sleeve surgery from Dr Krishna. It has been absolutely lifechanging for me health wise and I am no longer diabetic. After a 55kg weight loss life is now amazing. I am forever grateful to Dr Krishna for his care and expertise in my surgery and his very fair pricing for the procedure. As he says it is just a tool and the other parts of the puzzle such as diet , exercise and lifestyle changes, all have to be put in place for a successful outcome. Best decision I ever made for myself.

I had Bariatric surgery with Dr Govind Krishna. My experience was nothing short of easy and simple. From the reception staff who where lovely to Dr Krishna who explained everything. It was smooth sailing. The after care was equally as good. Highly recommend Dr Krishna

Very upsetting and unsettling experience.The customer service was great but we should have been told before hand that he won’t be able to do the ingrown wedge surgery, and we even called to let them know that we are coming for the surgery and they confirmed everything on the phone too but when we got there he said he can’t do it here it can only be done in the hospital. We had to pay $250 consultation fees and overall I feel very upset.

Best doctor ever I went into hospital by ambulance as emergency and he was my surgeon I had hole in intestine what rupsured my stomach n he operated on me n he is such a caring doctor would mention him to anyone specially as my case was life threating emergency surgery.... Thankyou doctor

I have not made any appointments at this clinic yet countless times in the week I had been receiving calls asking for me to call them back. I do not know how they had gotten my number (must have been a wrong number slip up) but I had previously received a text message asking if I had made an appointment. I said no and responded again stating it was a wrong number, yet I kept receiving calls of having an appointment. I don't even live in the state let alone asked to have surgery. It felt unprofessional and unorganised as other means of contact for the person who actually booked the appointment were not used as well (such as email).

I had a liipoma removed from my left arm almost a year ago.As a result I was left with an ugly scar .I know that I'm old 81 year old but still i feel very uncomfortable and still got some pain .I bit disappointed with the result.

I would give him 0 stars if I could. He removed a lipoma from my leg without even visiting me before surgery. After the surgery, he didn't prescribe me any sort of medication or antibiotics. After 10 days I got a horrible infection which needed to be dealt with by an urgent surgery. He didn't bother to visit me even though he knew about the problem. He was supposed to perform this surgery but his team did it instead. After the second surgery I had a big open wound and had a vacuum machine attached to me. It's been 3 months and I have an ugly cavity in my leg as well as some nerve damage. He still has not seen me yet even though I frequently ask to meet with him. Instead he just sends another doctor from his team. I'm very disappointed with the outcome of this surgery and would not recommend this doctor at all.

The great experience started from when I called the secretary to book an appointment, I advised her that I would like an appointment as early as possible & she did mention that the Doctor was booked out for 2 weeks however she then spoke to the Doctor whilst I was on hold & I was advised that I can see him after his last appointment which was after his closing time on that day.Dr Krishna was very welcoming as soon as I walked into his surgery, he didn't rush me out & began to explain the procedure which was very clear & concise.The procedure was booked on the spot directly with the hospital by Dr Krishna & prior to the procedure whilst waiting for the anesthetic Dr walked in & put my mind at ease explaining that the procedure wouldn't be difficult. This was proven to be true as I am now in recovery at home & feeling very good apart from the expected pain.I would highly recommend Dr Govind Krishna to anyone as he is very calm, honest, he has a great follow up & makes it very easy to understand the operation procedure.
